Company Policy

In-home and community-based therapy offers convenience and flexibility for families. For sessions that require additional travel time, a travel fee helps offset travel-related costs and allows services to remain sustainable. Any applicable fees are always discussed in advance.

From time to time, photos or videos may be taken during sessions for educational, training, or community-sharing purposes. Your privacy and safety are always the top priority. No images or videos will be used without your written permission, and families can choose to opt in or opt out at any time.

Cancellations made more than 6 hours in advance are not charged. Cancellations within 6 hours are billed at 50% of the session rate.

No-shows are billed at full session rate.

Life happens. Respect and consideration matter. Please communicate openly.

Referrals are the greatest compliment. If you refer a family to Ephphatha Speech, after they complete their first paid session, you’ll receive a $25 credit toward a future session as a thank-you. I’m grateful for the trust and support of this community
